摘要
在发动机缸体、缸盖的试制过程中,常常需要加工一些具有精确空间位置的双角度传感器孔。如何充分发挥现有加工设备的潜能,制造出高质量的零件是操作技术人员所追求的目标。以6DL缸盖传感器孔的加工为例,详细介绍了在普通铣床上实现双斜孔加工的工艺方法及路线。
In the trial-manufacture process of head and cylinder of engine block, some double angle sensor holes with high spa- tial position precise are often needed to process. How to give full play to the existing processing equipment potential, processing high quality parts is the goal of technology personnel. Taking the processing of 6DL cylinder-head sensor hole as an example, the realization of two inclined hole machining method and routes were introduced in detail.
