摘要
通过分析圆角面与拨模斜面上的残余高度与切削步距的关系,确定不同切削层的长度补偿值与半径补偿值,应用数控系统的参数输入指令将长度补偿值与半径补偿值写入CNC储存器,通过不同的补偿值实现对倒圆角与拨模斜面的轮廓铣削。编制出通用宏程序,调用轮廓加工程序即可实现对零件的倒圆角与拨模斜面的连续加工。
The correlation between the scallop-height and cutting step on fillet and draft surface was analyzed. The length com- pensation value and radius compensation value of different layers were determined, then they were written to the CNC memory. A com- mon macro programming was developed, which was used to achieve continuous processing to the workpiece with fillet and draft.
