摘要 设计了一种利用流量压力补偿式叶片泵实现单泵多工况、多执行机构的铣床节能液压系统。该系统由一台流量压力补偿式叶片泵(负载敏感泵),串联三台节流阀,每台节流阀并联一台电磁阀,当任何一台节流阀调速时,其余节流阀被其并联的电磁阀短路,从而实现由一台负载敏感泵实现多工况下的流量自适应,无流量损失。对于夹紧和对中等小容积液压缸,则采用节流调速,蓄能器供油,简化了回路。该系统具有效率高、发热小、回路简单等优点,是一种高效节能的液压系统。 An energy-saving hydraulic system for milling machine was designed to implement multi-working condition and multi- actuator control circuit with a single vane pump by using a pressure flow-pressure compensator. The system was consisted of a flow pressure compensation type vane pump (load sensitive pump) , three throttle valve connected in series, and each of them was connect- ed in parallel with a solenoid valve. When any one throttle was working at speed, the rest of the throttle valve was in short circuit by parallel connection of the solenoid valve, so as to realize flow self-adaptive and no flow losses in the cases of multi-working condition by one load sensitive pump. As to the small volume hydraulic cylinder for clamping and centering, thrbttle speed regulation by accumulator oil supply was used which simplified the circuit. The system has the advantages of high efficiency, low fever and simple circuit, which is a kind of high efficiency and energy-saving control circuit.
