摘要
介绍三菱轧机AGC系统使用的日立FMV三通伺服阀的结构原理、性能测试系统、专用零位调整及调零电流检测方法,分析影响其静、动态特性的参数,进行静、动态特性测试,进一步验证了理论分析的正确性。
The structure principle, performance test system, special zero null adjustment and zero current detection method of the Hitachi FMV three-way electro-hydraulic servo valve used in HA^C for rolling mill of Baosteel were introduced. The parameters impacting the static and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The static and dynamic characteristics of the valve were tested. These show the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
