摘要
日本中小学法律教育的含义广泛,既包括规章制度、社会规则、礼节礼仪、学校纪律,又包括宪法及法律基础知识,更涉及人权、司法体系、审判程序等法律实务。实施法律教育的学科主要有社会科、道德科、生活科、特别活动、综合学习时间等多门科目。实施法律教育的主体不仅有文部科学省及各类学校,法务省、司法机关、律师协会等法律实务组织和专家共同参与,法律教育研究会、法律教育协会也起着推动的作用。
The definition of legal education in Japanese school has a broad meaning, including regula- tions, social rules, etiquette, school disciplines, and the basic knowledge of the Constitution and the law, even related to human rights, judicial system, judicial procedure and legal practice. The implemen- tation of legal education involves social studies, moral education, life science, special events, integrated learning time and other subjects. Societies involved in the implementation are the Ministry of Education, all kinds of schools, Ministry of Justice, the judiciary, the legal society organizations and experts. The Legal Education Institution and the Legal Education Research Association also play a role in promoting.
