Research on Diversified Investment of the Elderly Social Work in China

老年社会工作是在老年人口群体各种生活需求领域提供的专门社会工作。经济投入是老年社会工作运行的基本前提,关系到老年社会工作的能力建设,也关系到老年社会工作的质量和水平。鉴于老年社会工作的准公共产品属性,其经济投入客观上要求实行由政府和市场多元主体结合的合作模式。面向我国市场经济体制的发展,老年社会工作投入模式与机制出现了一系列积极的变化。

Elderly social work is a specialized social work in the field of life needs of the elderly popula- tion groups. Economic investment is the basic premise of running elderly social work, not only related to the capacity building but also to the quality and level of elderly social work. Because of the attribute of quasi-public product of elderly social work, a diversified mode and mechanism of cooperation are nec- essary in the investment by the government and the market. Facing the development of China＇s market economy, the elderly social work input mode and mechanism are showing a positive change.
