新时期新语汇指改革开放以来语言生活中出现的新成语、谚语、惯用语和歇后语等。从现代汉语的发展观和语词分立观看,新语汇的研究工作还没有受到重视。研究新语汇,搜集整理是基础工作。在对新语汇的范围作出了界定的基础上,对新语汇产生的途径做出了理论阐释,并分析了新语汇与相关语言现象的关系。

The new idioms refer to the idiomatic expressions arising since the era of the opening to the outside world and reform. While based on the separating the idioms from the words, the researches on new idioms are quite neglected. And to make a research for the new idioms, they have to be collected in the first place. The paper first defines the scope of new idioms and points out the birth of new idioms in theory and analyzes the related phenomena.
