利益论视域的居民收入分配体制改革研究

A Study of China's Income Distribution System Reform from the Perspective of Economic Interests

只有在利益理论指导下,对造成现有收入分配格局的原因做盘根究底的探讨,才可能直达问题的关键。权力滥用与制度缺陷是造成收入差距扩大的根源,而大部分收入的隐性化增长,则是贫富两极分化的直接原因。我国的收入分配体制改革已经持续了多年,效果并不明显。只有科学划分利益集团,重视收入差距过大所造成的危害,并赋予制度改革以"人民性",社会主义和谐社会才能真正实现。

Only under the guidance of the interest theory and by argumentatively exploring the reasons for the existing pat- tern of income distribution can we hit the crux of the problem. Abuse of power and defects of the system are the roots of the wide- ning of the income gap, while most of the hidden income growth is the direct cause of the polarization between the rich and the poor. China＇s income distribution system reform has been going on for many years, but the effect is not obvious. Only through scientific division of interest group, stressing the disadvantages caused by the too large income gap, and reforming based on the core interest of the ＂People＂ , can a harmonious socialist society be truly realized.
