摘要
采用化学试剂显色法,对开花和未开花毛竹秆中的营养物质进行定性分析的结果表明:毛竹开花前后,竹秆中均含有黄酮、酚类、酯类、有机酸和多肽(蛋白质)等物质。采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对毛竹竹秆乙醇提取物各成分进行测定的结果发现,毛竹开花前后,竹秆乙醇提取物的得率相差很大,分别为4.56%和0.25%,说明开花结实后,竹秆贮藏的养分被消耗怠尽。乙醇提取物的主要成分及其含量有较大差别,其中未开花毛竹中2,3-苯并二氢呋喃的含量最高,为30.84%;开花毛竹中9,12-二烯硬脂酸甲酯的含量最高,为30.94%。
The chemical composition of before and after flowering bamboo was separately investigated by chemical reagent coloration method and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results showed that flavones, phenols, organic acid, polypeptide and protein et al. The ethanol extracts yields from before and after flowering bamboo rob were 4.56% and 0. 25% respectively. The nutrients were supplyed gave out after flowering. The major constituent of before flowering bamboo was 2, 3 - dihydrobenzofuran ( 30. 84% ). The major constituents of after flowering bamboo was ( 9E, 12E ) - methyloctadeca - 9, 12 - dienoate.
