非霍奇金淋巴瘤自体外周血造血干细胞移植后继发急性单核细胞白血病一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,69岁,因确诊非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）4年,皮肤瘀点、瘀斑1d于2012年9月15日入院.患者4年前因发现右颈部包块于我院行病理活组织检查,结果示：NHL,Ⅲ期A组（弥漫大B细胞型）.先后予CHOD方案（环磷酰胺1000 mg×1d,表柔比星120 mg×1 d,长春地辛3mg×1d,地塞米松20mg×5 d） ×2次、CEOD方案（环磷酰胺1000 mg×1 d,依托泊苷100mg×3d,长春地辛3mg×1d,地塞米松20mg×5d）×1次、ECHOD方案（依托泊苷100mg×3d,环磷酰胺1000 mg×1d,表柔比星120 mg×1 d,长春地辛3mg×1d,地塞米松20mg×5 d） ×1次、MEOD方案（米托蒽醌8mg×3d,依托泊苷100mg×3 d,长春地辛3mg×1d,地塞米松20 mg×5 d）×1次.
