摘要 城市地价过高是目前我国房地产发展中一个突出的问题,而城乡融合区以其低廉的土地价格已成为房地产投资者和消费者共同关注的热点。但另一方面当前在城乡融合区土地的利用上又存在着许多不合理现象。本文首先剖析了城乡融合区土地所具有的优势和当前土地利用中存在的问题,然后从实际出发探讨了如何合理利用城乡融合区的土地,才能使有限的国土资源发挥最大的效益。 It is a prominent issue that the price level of urban real estate is too high in the process of the real estate development in China. In the context, the tracts at urban/rural composition, owing to their lower prices, become a focus of attention of both investors and customers. As a coin has two sides, however, there are a few irrational phenomena during the utilization of those fields. This article discusses how to properly and further utilize the tracts at urban/rural composition from the angles of rality, which is on the basis of analyzing the advantages of those fields and the insidious problems in the course of utilizing, so as to make the best of the limited terrestrial resources of our country.
