CRT在轻度心力衰竭患者中的应用
摘要
自上世纪90年代以来，一系列临床试验已证实心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）可改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床状况包括生活质量、运动耐量、左心室射血分数（LVEF）和患者的预后。近几年，随着RE—VERSE、MADIT—CRT和RAFT等研究结果的相继公布，进一步拓展了CRT在轻度心力衰竭患者中应用的临床证据。
