非正规就业,已逐渐成为我国新增就业的重要渠道,但在理论和实践上关于非正规就业尚有许多问题需要深入探讨。非正规就业本身具有相当的复杂性、多变性和灵活性,对其界定应突破传统的单维模式而采用多维模式。多维度分析提炼出适合中国国情的非正规就业概念,有助于为我国政府规范与发展非正规就业提供依据。

Informal employment has gradually become the important channel of new jobs in our country, but many problems on both theory and practice are needed further discussion. Because of the considerable complexity, variability and flexibility of informal employment, its definition should adopt rnuhidimensional mode instead of traditional single mode. Analyzing and extracting the concept of informal employment suited to ehina＇s national conditions from multiple dimensions will provide a basis for our government to regulate and develop informal employment.
