摘要
在新技术、新媒介打造的"地球村"中,全球化给不同文化的相互传播、借鉴和融合提供了新的平台,但强势文明也凭借技术和经济的优势图谋对弱势文明进行渗透和控制,借助现代信息传播技术的新媒介,不断加速文化全球化的进程,瓦解不同文化间传播的边界和防护系统。西强我弱的文化传播格局为我国的文化"走出去"战略设置了新的障碍,我们需要思考通过建构怎样的媒介文化来实现有中国特色的、符合中国国家利益、传扬东方文明的文化传播,又如何通过媒介文化的表达和解读为走向世界的中国塑造让世界承认和接受的国家形象,这是中国发展之路的重要课题。
Nowadays, in the global village created by the new technology and media, a new platform, owing to the globalization, emerges for the mutual communication, learning and integration among the diverse cultures in the world. However, with the advantages of technology and economy, the stronger culture is penetrating and controlling the weaker culture, it is also accelerating the process of cultural globalization, and undermining intercultural communication boundary and protection system of the latter with the modern information and communication technology. The culture communication pattern of "strong Western and weak China" sets up new barriers to the "Going Out" strategy of China culture. Thus we have to ponder over constructing a media culture to carry out cultural communication with Chinese characteristics, to realize China's national interests and spread culture of Oriental civilization. How to shape the world-accepted China's national image through the mode of the media culture expression and interpretation is absolutely an important topic of China's development.
