贾谊论汉朝对匈奴的政策,有"三表五饵"论,这在当时实是崭新的民族观。历来学者或忽视之,或轻视之,或鄙弃之,至今犹然。其实他是主张文明较高的民族,以先进的经济文化积极主动地施行和影响文明较低的民族,使两族趋同,进而达到以我为主体的民族融合,很有实际价值和历史意义。
