摘要
文章介绍了PLC的选用原则,选型所选用的PLC应与相关工业领域有着应用广泛、成熟可靠的系统、PLC系统硬件、软件配置及功能应与装置规模和控制要求相适应。明确控制任务和范围,确定所需操作和动作,然后根据控制要求,估算输入输出点数、所需存储器容量,确定PLC功能、外部设备特性等,最后选择有较高性价比的PLC和设计了相应的控制系统。
This paper introduces the PLC selection principle.The selected type of PLC should be the systems which are widely used in industrial area and maturing,the PLC system hardware,software configuration,and the functions should be suitable to the plant scale and control requirements.The control tasks and range are made clear,the necessary operations and actions are determined,and then the input/output points,the required storage capacity are estimated according to the control requirements,also the PLC function and external equipment characteristics and so on are determined,finally the PLC with higher cost-efficiency is chosen,and the corresponding control system is designed.
