摘要
采用CAESARⅡV 5.0管道应力分析程序数值计算的方法,对某火电厂高温再热蒸汽管道不同管道壁厚的位移变化情况进行了模拟计算,并现场测量了恒力吊架的恒定度。结果表明:管道壁厚偏差和恒力吊架的恒定度不合格是造成高温再热管道热位移异常的主要原因;通过对支吊架进行调整后,管道下沉的问题得到解决。
Using numerical calculation method by CAESAR II V 5. 0 pipe stress analysis program, the displacement change of different wall thickness of high temperature reheat steam pipelines in a power plant was simulated, and the constant of constant force hanger was measured in the field. The results showed that the main causes of abnormal thermal displacement of high temperature reheat pipe were due to deviation of pipe wall thickness and unqualified constant of constant force hanger. After adjusting for the hanger, the sinking problem of pipe was resolved.
