摘要 讨论了金属材料室温拉伸试验方法中的拉伸试验结果不确定度评定过程,对GB/T228.1-2010不确定度评定实例中的试样数量、计算机数据采集系统的不确定度、原始横截面积的不确定度、拉伸试验速率引入的不确定度、规定塑性延伸强度的不确定度、断后伸长率及断面收缩率的不确定度等提出了个人的观点,最后给出了单个拉伸试样的不确定度评定实例。该方法对金属材料拉伸试验的不确定度评定有一定的参考价值。 The uncertainty evaluation process of tensile test results for metallic materials at room temperature was discussed. Some opinions on uncertainty evaluation were put forward, such as the number of samples in the uncertainty evaluation instance of GB/T 228. 1- 2010, the uncertainty of computer data acquisition system, the uncertainty of original cross-sectional area, the uncertainty introduced by tensile test rate, the uncertainty of prescribed plastic elongation strength, the uncertainty of the percentage elongation after fracture and the percentage reduction of area. Finally, a uncertainty evaluation instance for single tensile sample was given. The method had certain reference value for uncertainty evaluation of tensile test for metallic materials at room temperature.
