摘要
通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法对45钢模托开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:45钢模托开裂是因为原材料晶粒粗大,原材料壁厚中心存在组织缺陷和微裂纹,调质后组织和硬度的不均匀性导致的。
The cracking reason of mold prop of 45 steel was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, metallographic examination and so on. The results showed that the cracking in mold prop was caused by coarse grains of raw materials, microstructure defects and microcracks in the center of wall thickness of raw materials, and inhomogeneity of microstructure and hardness after quenching and tempering.
