摘要
碳化渣样品经硫酸和氢氟酸分解,使其中碳化钛相与钛的其它物相分离;然后用硝酸破坏碳化钛,所得溶液中钛(Ⅳ)经过氧化氢显色后,用分光光度法测定其中钛的含量,间接换算成样品中碳化钛含量。为考查方法的精密度,用所提出方法对同一碳化渣样品中碳化钛含量做了8次平行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%。又以另一渣样为基体加入3个质量值(mg)的基准碳化钛,按所提出方法测定后计算其回收率,所得结果在97.4%~101%之间。
Sample of carbide slag was dissolved with H2SO4 and HF to separate titanium carbide phase from other titanium phases, then the titanium carbide was decomposed with HNO3. Using H2O2 as chromogenic agent, the Ti( Ⅳ ) obtained in the sample solution was determined by spectrophotometry, and the amount of titanium found was converted into content of titanium carbide in the sample. To test precision of the proposed method, content of TiC in a slag sample was determined 8 times in parallel, giving value of RSD of 1.1%. Test for recovery was made by addition of primary standard of TiC at 3 different mass values and values of recovery were calculated from the analytical results obtained which were found in the range of 97.4%-101%.
