摘要
论文探讨了基于多任务模式的科研项目管理模式,提出了多任务矩阵型组织结构、科研人员能效矩阵、科研人员直线职责及命令链等概念和理论。初步提出以科研人员的能力和效率为核心的科研项目管理方法。
In this paper, we researches the management method of multitasking research porject, puts forward the conceptions about multi- tasking matrix organizational, efficiency matrix of R＆D personnel, linear functions and the chain of command, proposes the project manage- ment method based on the capability and efticiency of R＆D personnel.
