油田勘探、石油炼制以及原油储存和运输过程中都会产生大量的含油污泥。因为其处理难度大,已经成为油田和炼油厂的主要污染物之一。因此,含油污泥处理一直是制约环境保护工作进展的难题。论文从工艺路线、结构等方面介绍了卧式油泥旋洗分离系统,并通过系统调试,充分证明了本套设备的合理性。本套系统的成功研制为我国的环保事业作出了卓越的贡献。

A lot of oil sludge is produced during the oil field exploration, petroleum refining and crude oil storage and transportation.Oil sludge is one of the major industrial wastes, from refinery or off fields, requiring treatment. Oil sludge processing is always a difficult problem restricting the environmental protection work.The article introduces the structure and process flew of rotating washing horizontal system used for oil sludge separation. According to system test, it is a rational design that has been proved. The system which contribute to the environ- mental protection is successfully manufactured.
