无功功率补偿(RPC)系统是P&H 4100XPC电铲电气控制系统的重要组成部分,RPC系统性能的稳定与否,直接影响电铲的使用效率。论文介绍了P&H 4100XPC电铲RPC系统的作用和基本工作原理,详细剖析了RPC系统常见故障的产生原因和处理方法,可供相关设计人员与电铲维修人员参考。
Reactive power compensation (RPC) systems is an important part of P&H 4100 XPC electric shovel's electrical control system, whether the RPC system's performance is stable or not,will directly affect the efficiency of electric shovel.This paper introduce the function and basic operation principle of P&H 4100 XPC electric shovel's RPC systems, analyze the RPC system common fauk causes in detail and made corresponding solutions,it can provide a reference for the related design personnel and electric shovel maintenance personnel.
