摘要
为了保证污水处理厂污泥脱水系统的正常运行,论文叙述了利用变频调速控制干粉投药量的原理,结合先进的PLC控制系统,研发了高性能自动溶药装置,用来自动、连续、稳定地配制絮凝剂。
In order to ensure the normal operation of the system of sludge dewatering, we use VVVF to control the dry powder dosage prin- ciple. With advanced PLC control system, we research and develop high-performance automatic dissolving drug device in order to ensure that the device is capable of compounding and dosing polymer flocculant automatically, continuously and reliably.
