摘要
基于问卷调查法、访谈法对南疆地区某高校学生的人际关系进行调查。对不同民族、不同性别、父母不同学历学生的人际关系进行了差异分析。研究结果表明,民汉合校中民汉学生间交往频率较低,学生人际困扰与内地高校具有统计学差异。具体表现在汉族学生在人际交往方面的困扰明显低于民族学生;女生在人际交往方面的困扰多于男生,少数民族女生在交际、待人接物两个方面与少数民族男生存在显著性差异;父母学历低的学生人际关系困扰程度高于父母学历高的学生。针对以上调查结果,从学校层面应建立民汉合班上课,不同民族学生一起学习、活动的管理体制;开设人际关系指导的相关课程,提高大学生人际交往的素质;构建广泛良好的人际交往平台,扩大大学人际交往面;加强对各民族文化的学习、信任和理解,缓解族际交往困扰。研究对促进民汉合校大学生建立和谐的人际关系、民族团结教育具有很好的理论参考价值。
This thesis is a survey about some-college students' interpersonal relationship in Southern Xinjiang based on the questionnaire method and the interviewing method. This thesis does a survey and research of the interpersonal relationship of the students from different nations, different sexes and whose parents have different degrees. It turns out that the interpersonal relationship of the students from Southern Xinjiang is troubled by many factors, which is different from interior colleges in statistics. In different interpersonal relationship of the multiple national students, there are the following forms: the trouble of the ban nationality students is obviously much lower than that of minority student. The trouble of the female students is much higher than the male students. And there is obvious difference between female minority students and male minority students in communication and the way one gets along with people. And the trouble of the students whose parents have higher degrees is lower than those whose parents have lower degrees. According to the survey results, some related courses should be offered and the quality of interpersonal communication of the college students should be improved. The Communication platform should be constructed well. The interpersonal circle of the college students should be enlarged. And it is better to enhance the study of multiple national cultures, trust and understanding to relieve the trouble between national communications. Therefore, this thesis has theory reference value in establishing harmonious interpersonal relationship of the college students and enhancing national unity education in multiple national school.
