摘要
员工援助计划(EAP),通过专业人员对组织的诊断、建议和对员工及其直属亲人提供的专业指导、培训和咨询,旨在帮助解决员工及其家庭成员的各种心理和行为问题,提高员工在组织中的工作绩效以及改善组织气氛和管理。本文以个案咨询的方式,展现EAP在高校图书馆人力资源管理中的应用过程。
Employee assistance program ( EAP ), by professionals for diagnosis, organization and the employees and their immediate family members to provide professional guidance, training and consulting, to help solve various psychological and behavioral problems of employees and their family members, improve the staff in the organization's work performance and improve the organizational climate and management. In this case consultation, show the application of EAP in the human resource management of University library.
