现代信息技术的快速发展及网络资源的迅速普及给科研单位图书馆的发展带来了严峻的挑战。如何充分利用网络技术,实现科研图书馆的信息资源共享,带动科研成果的转化,给广大读者提供更高水平的人性化服务,成为科研单位图书馆亟须解决的问题。着重分析了目前科研单位图书馆服务工作的现状及存在的问题,提出了科研单位图书馆提升人性化服务、实现图书馆服务创新的相关策略。

The rapid development of modem information technology and the quick popularity have brought serious challenges to the development of the libraries of scientific research units. How to make full use of the network technology, realize the sharing of information resources of scientific research libraries, promote the conversion of scientific research achievements, and provide the higher-level humanized service for readers have become the urgent problems of the libraries of scientific research units. This paper emphatically analyzes the present situation of and problems in the services of the libraries of scientific research units, and puts forward some strategies for the libraries of scientific research units to improve the humanized service and realize library＇s service innovation.
