摘要
超声波探伤时探头扫查速度是造成缺陷漏检的重要因素之一,通过对数字式超声波探伤仪报警响应速度,探头声场分布,脉冲重复频率等因素的分析,论述了探头极限扫查速度设置在150.0mm/s以内是合理的。
During ultrasonic testing, scanning speed of ultrasonic probe is one of important factors that may cause missing inspection of defects. By analyzing the factors such as alarm response speed of digital ultrasonic flaw detector, probe sound field distribution and ultrasonic impulse repetition frequency, the result that the scanning speed limit is 150. 0 mm/s is reasonable.
