Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Consumer Rights and Interests Protection in Guigang

当前,金融消费者权益保护工作正在各地扩大试点。贵港市金融消费权益保护中心是广西金融消费权益保护扩大试点阶段成立的第一个地市级保护中心,在试点阶段遇到的问题带有共性,本文就这些共性问题提出对策建议。

At present,the protection of financial consumer rights and interests is expanding the pilot in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The financial consumption rights and interests protection center of Guigang is the first pre fecture-level protection center in the pilot phase of Guangxi.The problems of the present stage have much in common.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on these common problems.
