摘要
125kW户外型光伏并网逆变器要求能够满足IP54的防护等级,并能够直接户外使用。大功率的光伏并网发电设备均是发热量大的设备,要求整机具有良好的排风散热功能,才能够保证设备内部元器件长期安全稳定和可靠运行。125kW光伏并网逆变器采用了前后箱体相互隔离的结构设计,前箱体是一个密闭的箱体,后箱体是能够与外界进行空气交换的箱体。将发热量大和抗污染等级高的元器件放置在后箱体中,能够及时将设备运行中产生的热量排出到设备外部;发热量小和抗污染等级低的元器件放置在前箱体内,采用内部对流的方式使少量的热量不堆积。前后箱体产生的热量便可相互独立并互不干扰,后箱体中大的热量通过独立的风道排放到户外,前箱体中少量的热量通过内部对流并不堆积。保证整机IP54的防护等级要求和内部元器件排风散热的要求,使得整机户外使用中长期运行稳定和可靠,保证元器件的寿命。
125kW outdoor PV grid-connected inverter has to meet the protection level of IP54 and can be utilized directly outdoors. High- power PV grid-connected power generation facilities are heat-producing ones, which means the whole machine should have good functions of air discharging and heat elimination, so that the safe and stable operation of the internal components can be achieved. 125kW PV grid- connected inverter adopts the structural design of the isolation of front and back case, with the front case to be an airtight one and the back case to be one that can exchange air with the outside. Putting components of high heat production and high-level anti-pollution function to the back case enables the facilities to discharge the heat to the exterior of the machine; putting components of low heat production and low- level anti-pollution function to the front case makes it possible that the little heat will not accumulate via the way of internal convection. Thus, heat generated from front and back cases will be independerft and will not mix with each other; huge heat from the back case will be discharged from the separate air channel to the outside and the little heat in the front case will not accumulate via internal convection. By meeting the requirements of the IP54 protection level for the whole machine and the air discharging and heat elimination for the internal components, the whole machine can be used outdoors durably, safely and stably and the components can have a long life span..
