摘要
采用排风式通风方式,研究不同通风条件对贮藏马铃薯和环境条件的影响。通过正交试验得出马铃薯贮藏过程中采用排风式通风的最佳工艺条件参数为:A.通风量0.144m3/(h.kg)、B.通风温差4~8℃、C.通风时间120min,以及三种因素对贮藏马铃薯和环境条件影响的主次顺序为C>A>B。排风式通风能够有效降低薯心温度、薯皮湿度和马铃薯贮藏环境的温湿度,尤其是降温效果比较明显,但是所需的通风时间较长。
The effects of different exhaust ventilation conditions on potato storage characteristics and environmental conditions were studied. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimal technological conditions of parameters were: ventilation volume(A. 0.144 m3/(h-kg)), ventilation temperature difference (B. 4-8 ℃), ventilation time (C. 120 min), and the order of the three factors was C〉A〉B. Exhaust ventilation can effectively reduce the internal temperature and skins humidity of potato, as well as the temperature and humidity of storage environment. Particularly, the effect of cooling was more obvious, but long time of ventilation was required.
