玫茄 1号系以紫长茄 2 1- 3为母本 ,以早熟分叉性强的 2 1- 4为父本配制而成。该品种具有分叉性强、早熟、高产、优质、抗逆性强等特点 ;果皮鲜紫红色、果肉乳白色、果形瘦长、符合市场要求 ;每百克鲜嫩果含蛋白质高达 1.16g,比闽茄一号 ( 0 .69g)提高 4 0 .5% ;每公顷产量31～ 4 8t,比闽茄一号增产 15%以上 ,已成为福建省茄子主栽品种之一 ,该品种于
