中国炼油工业发展现状与趋势

Current status and prospects of China's refining industry

2012年,中国炼油业规模继续快速扩张,原油一次加工能力为5.75亿吨/年,同比增加6.5%;炼厂平均规模继续有所提升;装置结构继续调整,深加工、精加工能力继续加强;油品质量升级稳步推进;一批大型新建和改扩建炼油装置建设继续推进。2013年,随着环保压力的加大,预计我国油品质量升级步伐将加快;炼油能力和原油加工量将稳步增长,达到4.89亿吨,同比增长5.4%;炼油布局进一步优化,装置大型化和炼化一体化程度进一步提高;生物能源等替代能源继续发展,将为炼油工业产业结构调整开拓新思路。今后几年,我国炼油工业仍将处在由大走强的历史发展机遇期,困难与优势兼有,机遇和挑战并存。

China's oil refining industry continued to expand rapidly in scale in 2012, with crude oil processing capacity reaching 575 million tons per year, an increase of 6.5% over the previous year; the average size of refineries continued to improve; the processing capability continued to strengthen with the improvement in equipment; the quality of oil products steadily increased; renovation and expansion at a number of large oil refining facilities was made. With increased environmental pressure, China is expected to accelerate the pace of oil quality upgrading in 2013; refining capacity and crude oil processing capacity will grow steadily, reaching 489 million tons, an increase of 5.4% over the previous year; refinery layout will be further optimized and large-scale equipment and integration of refining capacity will be further increased; bio-energy and other alternative energy resources will continue being developed, and this will bring new approaches to restructuring the refining industry. In the next few years, China's oil refining industry will remain at a stage in its development characterized by both opportunities and difficulties.
