2012年中国炼油行业运行回顾及未来两年展望

面对经济增长放缓、市场需求低迷的形势,中国炼油企业强化内部管理,提高营运水平,加大结构调整力度,生产运营取得了较好的成绩。全年原油加工量达到4.68亿吨,同比增加约4.5%;汽、煤、柴油产量达到2.82亿吨,同比增长5.5%。为适应市场需要,炼厂调整产品结构,增加汽油、航煤等产品的产出;主要炼油技术经济指标明显提升;资本性投资结构进一步优化,重点投资于油品质量升级、技术改造、环保设施完善等项目。预计2013年全国原油总加工量将达到4.85亿吨,增幅为3.5%左右;2014年中国炼油工业将继续保持目前的发展势头,全国原油加工量将超过5亿吨。

Faced with economic slowdown and a downturn in market demand, China's oil refining enterprises have strengthened internal management, improved operational level, intensified restructuring and achieved good results in production operations. Annual crude-oil processing capacity reached 468 million tons, an increase of approximately 4.5% over the previous year; gasoline, kerosene and diesel production reached 282 million tons, an increase of 5.5% over the previous year. In order to meet market needs, refineries adjusted their product mix by increasing production of gasoline, jet fuel and other products; major technical and economic indicators of oil refining capability improved significantly; the capital investment mix was further optimized, focusing investment on oil-quality upgrade, technological innovation, environmental protection and other areas. In 2013 total crude-oil processing capacity is expected to reach 485 million tons, an increase of about 3.5%; in 2014 China's oil refining industry will maintain the current development momentum with national crude oil processing capacity reaching more than 500 million tons.
