Opportunities to cooperate in the Algerian oil and gas industry

阿尔及利亚政局基本稳定,经济稳步增长,具备较好的宏观投资环境。油气行业发展空间较大,勘探开发、天然气及LNG、炼油领域都具有投资合作机会。建议:1)在上游领域,采用权益购买、区块股权互换、参股等多种灵活有效方式与资源国开展合作;2)积极谨慎开发天然气项目,适当介入非常规天然气开发项目;3)在炼油领域,合作建设重油催化和汽柴油加氢联合装置,寻求与阿方在重质馏分油二次加工方面和产品升级换代方面开展合作。

Algeria enjoys general political stability, steady economic growth and a good macroeconomic environment for investment. There is larger space for oil and gas industry development, natural gas exploration and development, LNG and refining, with many opportunities for investment cooperation: 1) Upstream, flexible and effective ways, through equity purchase, block equity swaps, buying shares, etc. to cooperate with resources-rich countries; 2) natural gas projects and unconventional natural gas development projects;3) In refining, construction of heavy-oil catalyst devices and gasoline-diesel combined hydrogenation devices and secondary processing of heavy oil and product upgrading.
