摘要
以某三轴船用型燃气轮机为研究对象开展S-S循环试验验证研究。试验结果表明,在规定条件下,当保持低压涡轮排气温度不变,中冷喷水量/进口空气量比为0.5%、注蒸汽量/进口空气量比为2.6%时,燃气轮机功率增加24%且效率增加7%,高低压轴转速随着喷水量的增加略有升高,低压涡轮后温度场不均匀性和机组振动参数正常,NOx排放性能大幅改善。针对该型机组应用S-S循环改善性能,具有方法简单、效果显著和工程应用性好的优点。
This paper study S-S cycle experiment on a three shaft marine gas turbine.The result of the experiment shows: under specified condition,keeping the low turbine exhaust temperature constantly,the power of the gas turbine increases percent 24 and the efficiency increases percent 7 with spraying Intercooling water / air at percent 2.6 and steam / air and percent 0.5.Meanwhile the high and low pressure shaft speeds raise a few.It is normal about low pressure turbine exhaust temperature field and the unit vibration parameters.The exhaust NOx is improved also.There would be some excellences such as method simply,effect obviously and engineering application well if S-S cycle technology is used to improve the gas turbine performance.
