摘要 采用多体动力学软件RecurDyn分析摇摆情况下起重机吊具四绳系统及倒八字绳系防摇系统的运动特性,说明四绳系统增加防摇摆装置的必要性和倒八字绳系防摇系统在船用起重机应用上的局限性。针对起重机柔性系统的不足,提出刚性连杆防摇装置,分析其结构特点并进行动力学仿真,结果表明刚性防摇装置在满足船用起重机功能需求方面具有较大优势。 This paper,by the multibody dynamic software RecurDyn,does an analysis of the kinematic characters of the crane four-rope system and horn-in-reverse anti-swing system at the status of ship swing,which indicates it is necessary to add anti-swing mechanism for the four-rope system and limited in shipborne crane application of the horn-in-reverse anti-swing system.For the shortage of flexible system,this paper also brings forward a rigid links anti-swing mechanism,analyses its structural characters and does a dynamic simulation which indicates that the rigid anti-swing mechanism has an obvious advantage of satisfying the shipborne crane's function requirement.
