摘要
贵州某中低品位胶磷矿属于混合型磷矿石,针对该矿石性质,在磨矿细度-200目占72.3%的条件下,以新药剂EM-LS-01作为脱镁捕收剂,采用单一反浮选工艺进行试验,最终获得了P2O5品位30.25%,回收率90.63%,含MgO0.99%的磷精矿,实现了磷矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
A mid-low grade collophanite in Guizhou belongs to the mixed phosphorus ore.According to the ore properties,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.25%,recovery rate 90.63% and MgO grade of 0.99% can be obtained with a single reverse flotation process under the conditions of the grinding fineness of-200 mesh 72.3% and with the new reagent EM-LS-01 as magnesium removal collector,realizing the effective separation of phosphorus minerals from gangue minerals.
