摘要
以磷化工废弃物为原料,用硫酸回收其中的钙离子制备二水硫酸钙。考察了硫酸质量分数、反应时间和反应温度对二水硫酸钙产量的影响。得到用硫酸回收磷化工废弃物中的钙离子制备二水硫酸钙的工艺条件:硫酸质量分数为50%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3h。从100g废弃物中可回收钙离子制备59.71g二水硫酸钙。
With rejected materials from phosphate chemical industry as raw material,calcium ions in rejected materials from phosphate chemical industry is recovered by sulfuric acid to prepare calcium sulfate dehydrate.Effects of sulfuric acid mass fraction,reaction temperature and reaction time on yield of the calcium sulfate dehydrate are investigated.The process conditions for recovering by sulfuric acid calcium ions in rejected materials from phosphate chemical industry to prepare calcium sulfate dehydrate are sulfuric acid mass fraction being 50%,the reaction temperature 50 ℃and reaction time 3 hrs.Calcium ions could be recovered in 100 g of rejected materials to prepare 59.71 g of calcium sulfate dehydrate.
