深部高应力软岩巷道支护参数优化

Optimization of parameters for deep and highly stressed soft rock roadway support

开磷集团下属青菜冲矿红页岩巷道进入深部掘进后,巷道出现锚喷支护层脱落、开裂、锚杆失效或作用力下降等问题,为此,应用数值计算软件对锚杆长度为1.8m、2.0m、2.2m与2.4m时及喷射混凝土厚度为90mm、100mm的支护参数进行优化,得出最佳锚杆支护长度为2.2m,混凝土合理厚度为100mm。

The Qincaichong's red shale of KaiLin Group in deep excavating,roadway appear bolt-shotcrete support layer falls off cracking bolt failure or force down the phenomenon such as numerical calculation software application of bolt length is 1.8 m,2.0 m,2.2 m and 2.4 m and sprayed concrete thickness for 90 mm,100 mm to optimize the supporting parameters,it is concluded that the best bolting length is 2.2 m,concrete reasonable thickness for 100 mm.
