阳离子化浮选脱墨渣纤维的制备及其对纸张性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以浮选脱墨渣100目以上的纤维为原料,用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(阳离子化试剂)对其进行改性,制备纸张增强剂。研究了阳离子化试剂加入量对所得纸张增强剂的保水值及纸张物理性能的影响,并探讨了pH值、增强剂用量、硫酸铝用量对纸张物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,随阳离子化试剂增加,所得纸张增强剂的保水值明显增加,SEM-EDS分析显示浮选脱墨渣纤维表面接上了一定数量的季铵盐基团。增强剂加入量、pH值、硫酸铝用量均对纸张性能有影响,增强剂加入量为3%,pH值为5,硫酸铝加入量为0.5%时,抗张指数、耐破指数和耐折度分别提高59.9%、23.7%和677.8%。扫描电镜分析显示,加入增强剂可提高纤维之间的结合强度。研究结果将为浮选脱墨渣的利用提供理论依据。 We discussed the effects of cationic reagent addition on water retention value and study the effects of cationic reagent addition on paper properties with flotation deinking slag fiber of 100 meshs. We discussed the effects of pH, additive agent addition and aluminum sulfate addition on paper properties. Water retention values increase significantly with the increas- ing of cationic reagent addition. By SEM-EDS analysis, quaternary ammonium salt groups are connected to the surface of fibers. The handsheets perform best on physical properties, when the additive agent amount is 3%, pH is 5, and the addi- tive aluminum sulfate is O. 5%. Tensile index, burst index and folding endurance increase by 59. 9%, 23.7% and 677.8%, respectively, compared to the control samples. By SEM analysis, the strengthening agent improves the bonding strength between fibers. The results can provide the foundation for reusing fibers of dissolved air flotation slag.
