摘要
以废弃纤维板为原料,NaOH为活化剂,制备富含N元素的活性炭。采用单因素实验,探讨了物料比和活化温度对活性炭的影响。碘值范围为1 102~2 028 mg/g,比表面积为1 016~1 963 m2/g,制备的活性炭有一定数量的微孔和中孔。通过元素分析和XPS研究,制备出的富氮活性炭氮质量分数(含氮量)最高可达到1.18%,含氮官能团主要是N—5和N—6。
An experiment was conducted to prepare the nitrogen-enrichd activated carbons from waste medium density fiberboard with NaOH as activating agent and investigate the influence of impregnation ratio and activation temperature. The adsorp- tion of iodine number ranges from 1 102 to 2 028 mg/g and BET surface area of activated carbons differes from 1 016 m^2/ g to 1 963 m^2/g. The activated carbons are with microporous and mesoporous. By elemental analysis, the content of N is 1.18%. By XPS, the dominant nitrogen functional groups are N-5 and N-6.
