摘要
在分析柴油油气吸收特性的基础上,提出柴油低温临界吸收概念,开发了柴油低温临界吸收油气回收技术。该技术在中国石化金陵分公司酸性水罐区进行了应用,对酸性水罐排放气的油气回收率高达95%以上,净化气可以达标排放,治理效果明显。
After analyzing the characters of diesel in oil vapor absorption process, a concept of low temperature critical absorption technology for oil vapor recovery using diesel as absorber is brought up in this article. A corresponding technology has been developed as well. The use of this technology on the vent gas from sour water tank in SINOPEC Jinling Company has received significant results. The re- covery rate of oil gas in the vent gas from sour water tank reaches to 95% and above. Currently the technology has been widely used.
