摘要 目的观察围术期糖尿病患者血浆P物质(substance P,SP)的变化。方法研究对象为全麻下择期行腹腔镜手术患者,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,选择28例非糖尿病患者作为对照组(C组),28例糖尿病患者作为研究组(DM组),采用酶联免疫分析方法,测定术前30min(T1)、手术切皮时(T2)、拔管时(T3)血浆SP含量。结果 T1~T3时DM组血浆SP含量均明显低于C组(P<0.01),但组内SP变化差异均无统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者血浆SP降低可能与神经损害有关。血浆SP减少可能会削弱SP对机体的生理性保护作用。 Objective To observed the plasma concentration of SP in patients with diabetes mellitus during perioperative period. Methods Total fifty-six ASA I to ]I patients for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia were enrolled in this study. Among them, twenty- eight patients without diabetes were enrolled to control group(group C), and another twenty-eight patients with diabetes as diabetes mellitus group (group DM). Plasma concentration of SP of patients preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The levels of plasma SP in group DIM were significantly lower than those in group C(P〈0. 01). However, SP levels had no significant difference during perioprative. Conclusion The serum concentration of SP in diabetic patients were apparently decreased,which maight be related to the nerve damage caused by diabetes mellitus. Therefore, the decreased serum SP indicated that the physiological protective effect of SP was impaired.
