运动诱发电位与麻醉的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 随着神经电生理监测技术的发展,脊柱手术的神经监测也越发受到外科医师的重视,运动诱发电位(motorevokedpotentials,MEP)作为一项常用的无创伤性神经电生理学检查方法,在手术过程中的应用至关重要,尤其是对于存在运动通路损伤的脊柱手术来说几乎是不可缺少的,它有利于手术医师对术中患者运动神经系统功能及时做出判断,但术中麻醉的因素或多或少会影响MEP准确性,以至于干扰手术医师对术中操作的误解及治疗效果的怀疑。本文通过对MEP的介绍及各种常用麻醉药物对MEP监测的影响来指导手术医师对患者神经功能的判断。
