宝钢3号高炉(二代)冷却系统配置的初步思考

Study on Cooling System Configuration for Baosteel's No.3 Blast Furnace(G2)

结合宝钢1、2、4号高炉以及国内外长寿高炉冷却系统设计和运行实绩,对3号高炉(二代)如何进一步优化冷却系统配置,力争达到20年以上寿命,做了初步思考,并提出设想。

By studying, the author puts forwards his assumption about the way to further optimize the cooling system configuration of No. 3 blast furnace （ G 2） based on the design experiences and operation performance of the cooling systems for No. 1,2,4 blast furnaces in Baosteel and the long campaign blast furnaces home and aboard for the purpose of realizing over 20 years service life.
