摘要
对方大特钢新2号高炉炉体工艺设计特点进行总结,采用了一系列先进、长寿的技术:砖壁合一、薄壁内衬技术,全冷却壁结构,联合软水密闭循环系统,完善的炉体检测系统等。针对方大特钢的原料条件,在炉底部位还设置了专门的排Pb通道,以便于定期排Pb。
The paper summarizes the process design features of new No. 2 blast furnace in Fangda Special Steel of Science and Technology Co. , Ltd. and introduces a series of advanced and long campaign technologies applied, such as thin lining of integrated bricking and staves, complete cooling stave structure, combined closed loop soft water circulation system and per- fect furnace stack measurement system etc.. In addition, this furnace is also equipped with a special Pb taphole at the furnace bottom in allusion to the condition of the raw materials used for periodic Pb taping.
