基于AHP的我国生物技术产业可持续发展评价

生物技术产业日益受到各国的高度重视,其对高技术产业发展乃至整体经济发展起到了至关重要的作用。本文在相关产业可持续发展评价研究基础上,建立有关我国生物技术产业可持续发展的评价指标体系,并利用AHP对其进行评价研究。研究结果表明,对我国生物技术产业可持续发展影响权重最高的五个指标分别为:产业盈利水平、技术成果转化率、R&D经费支出、产业就业水平和单位产值能耗。根据上述分析,本文认为我国生物技术产业可持续发展仍处于初级阶段。最后,本文针对评价结论提出了几点政策建议。

Nowadays, every country has increasingly attached great importance to the biotechnology industry, which plays a crucial role in the development of the high technology industry and the integral economic growth. This paper establishes the evaluation index system about the sustainable development of the biotechnology industry based on some related researches, and uses AHP to evaluate the biotechnology industry. The results of the study show that the top five indexes with the highest weight of in- fluences respectively are industry profitability, technology transfer, R＆ D expenditure, industry employment and energy consumption per unit of output value. According to the above analysis, this paper believes that the sustainable development of the biotechnology industry in our country is still in the primary stage. In the end, based on the evaluation conclusion, this paper puts forward several policy suggestions.
