摘要
基于战略性新兴产业的内涵和特征,构建其发展的综合评价指标体系,运用因子分析法,从产业发展潜力、区位优势、技术创新能力、关联带动能力4个方面选取13个经济指标,客观评价河北省战略性新兴产业的发展水平,结合河北省资源禀赋及比较优势,提出重点推进新材料和新能源产业,培育壮大高端装备制造业、生物产业和新一代信息技术产业,促进新兴海洋产业的可持续发展,全面开启节能环保产业的需求空间等发展建议。
Based on the connotations and characteristics of the strategic emerging industries, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system and applies the factor analysis method to evaluate the strategic development levels of the emerging industries in Hebei Province by selecting 13 economic indicators from the four aspects of development potential, regional advantage, technological innovation ability and driving ability. According to the natural resources and comparative advan- tages, we put forward some development suggestions to emphasize the new material and new energy industries, cultivate and strengthen the manufacturing industry for advanced equipment, the biotechnology industry and the new IT industry, promote the sustainable development of the marine industry, and comprehensively open the demand space of the energy saving and environmental protection industry.
