旅游服务供应链运作风险分析及其量化

信息网络技术的普及使用,旅游服务供应链网络结构的错综复杂性、外部环境的不稳定性使旅游服务供应链在运作过程中面临多重风险,风险危害的大小直接影响到服务链运作的稳定性及整体绩效,故做好运作风险的事前预测及风险管理是服务供应链管理的重要组成部分。本文首先构建了旅游服务供应链风险评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评判模型对旅游服务供应链运作总体风险进行模糊量化分析,得出各种风险危害程度的概率分布,为服务链上核心企业提供事前参考,减少损失,提高运作效率。

Due to the popularization and application of information network technology, the complexity of network structure of tourism service supply chain and the instability of external environment, the tourism service supply chain faces multiple risks during the operations, which directly affect the stability and overall performance of the whole chain. Therefore, to conduct risk predictions and risk management is an important component for the supply chain. In this paper, an evaluation index system for risks of the supply chain has been established, and then a quantitative analysis has been made based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which will provide a reference for enterprises to carry on risk management.
